I forgot to show you the cupcakes! I made these the weekend of the UKS Mad Hatter Cybercrop back in April.

I used a recipe from Cupcakes Galore for white cake mixture. They are frosted with a mixture of cream cheese, icing sugar and fresh raspberries. It didn't go firm, but it looked pretty and tasted really fresh.
